Policies + Important info
This retreat is designed for people who are ready to immerse in Costa Rica, and be open to the variety of experiences that only this environment can give you.

You'll be in an area of the country that is world famous for its vibe, beaches, food and so much more.

It is not a commercialized town with franchises and Americanized stores or restaurants. Everyone speaks English and Spanish, with many nationalities and travelers who visit or live there now.

It's a relaxed atmosphere so please don't feel like you need to pack anything fancy. You'll spent most of your time in flip-flops.

Additionally, this retreat will ask you to open your hearts with your minds. We will be doing a great deal of inner work and your body may be asked to move in different ways. You are completely safe and held in our little tribe.

This retreat gives you our all, with the gifts of our environment. Yoga is a small portion of what lies ahead of you. While yoga, meditation and breath-work will be offered 1-2 times a day, this is not a retreat for those who are only looking for Yoga Asanas only.

Refund Policy

There is a strict no refund policy on all retreat payments.

However, should you be unable to attend your reservation is transferable.

Insurance

It is recommended you purchase a separate travel insurance policy.

Please make sure your passport is current and extends more than six months past the return date of your trip.

Post-Registration:

I will contact you directly to discuss your goals for the trip.

A one-hour 1:1 session with me is part of your registration so we can go over any questions you have about any personal development goals and more.

I'll also make sure you have everything you need to book your travel correctly.

We will be communicating a lot!

I recommend reading some books prior to arrival: BEQOMING, The Quest, The Power of Now, The Four Agreements.

You'll receive a welcome basket as a thank you with some nice goodies inside.

Prior to departure, I'll send you a packing list. It's best to try and only pack for a carry-on!
